Often, people want to make big leaps in their lives. They want to quit their jobs, start a business, or migrate to other countries. These are all admirable endeavors, but I don't think we should be focusing on them if we can't even take the small steps first.
Avoiding burnout in this outcome driven world
Our lives are filled with deadlines. The things we need to accomplish are never-ending. After we have finished filing our tax returns or submitting our projects in humanities class, we have to do another thing. If it continues as it is, then we will end up getting burnt out.
